The Remittance Advice is a document specifying what the customer has paid. Part, quantity, and price details are included. Suppliers can either create the remittance advice manually through the application or send (import) it as a file into the application. Customers and suppliers can then view, through the application, paid invoices and the payment history.

Users can select to receive Remittance Advice alerts and to view Remittance Advice events on the Event Management Console.

Remittance Advices can be viewed through SupplyWEB.

View Remittance Advices

  1. On the menu, click Billing.
  2. In the Billing submenu, click View Remittance Advice. The Search Criteria display.
  3. Select the Facility from the drop down menu.
  4. Select the Ship To from the drop down menu.
  5. Select the Remittance Number from the drop down menu.
  6. You can optionally filter remittance advices by date. To filter by date, enter the Remittance Start Date and/or Remittance End Date to create a date range.
  7. Click Continue. The remittance advice list displays.

View Remittance Advice Details

  1. To the left of the remittance advice, click the View button. The remittance advice details display.
